 Even if you are a sophisticated communicator, you are probably generating random unpredictable and often risky impact with some of your unconscious and invisible automatic strategies. Understanding the communication channels you have to work with, encourages more constructive, reliable, and successful choices.

Effective communicators attend to all channels of communication, consciously choosing some parts of communication, and recognizing how it impacts others.  If you aren't aware of the choices you make and are operating on automatic,  your intentions and your impact may be at cross purposes.

Not being aware of your automatic choices and impact prevents you from  communicating consciously, clearly, and effectively. It locks you into perpetual delusion.
