Barbara McDuffie received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice with a special emphasis in human behavior, followed by graduate work in communication. Before ThePartners, she researched, developed, and designed programs for a top communication firm while coaching their instructors and delivering programs for Fortune 500 companies. Blending her training in the criminal justice field, her experience in corporate America and her keen powers of observation, Barbara introduces learning and fun.
