SpotCheck technology can supplement any of our courses or coaching to further enhance and customize the learning experience. It is also an extremely effective tool in any Team event, whether you want to JumpStart a newly formed team or ReStart a team which is out of alignment. SpotCheck Personal Communication Profile (PCP) Features: This SpotCheck is a powerful, insightful, and easy-to-understand report presented in positive, non-technical, and non-judgmental language. The response levels are computer processed via 14,000 mathematical calculations to determine the individual's most favored behavioral pattern. A multi-page report describes behavioral traits, performance style, behavioral tendencies on the job, motivators and demotivators, leadership style and energy level. Applications: The Personal Communication profile is the foundation report for all other reports. It provides the individual with personal insights into how they will work, influence others and respond to motivation. It will identify potential challenges and communication BlindSpots. The individual will also discover how to adjust to their job environment by flexing their primary behavioral traits. This profile takes approximately 7-10 minutes to complete. SpotCheck Team Analysis Profile (TAP) Features: This SpotCheck provides an at-a-glance Team profile composite of each individual Communication Profile. The report allows the team to quickly identify strengths and Team BlindSpots as members work together. In addition, this feature provides an environmental adjustment composite graph that shows how your team is "flexing" its behaviors to meet the demands of its role and responsibilities. Applications: The Team Scatter graph allows anyone to quickly discover the behavioral traits of various members on the team. This application is extremely valuable when matching team members to tasks. The Team Analysis is a critical part of any Team Building process. The understanding you gain from this report will allow the Team to become fully functional, productive, and create a team-friendly infrastructure. This report gives the team an overall view and graphic of their strengths, diversity, and BlindSpots.
