     These are blocks you wear every day. They distort the communication you send and receive.  You become a BlockHead. Whether you are one or have to team with one, you'll realize their high risk nature and find strategies to neutralize them.

Communication Blocks are beliefs, assumptions or positions you take which determine your limited frame of reference.
